Our 10-point charter clearly sets out our promise to you, and that is to provide you with the highest quality of care and service at all times:
We employ both carers and home helps and, as such, the company is able to provide a service for a wide range of needs, from a once-a- fortnight house clean through to 24/7 care and, of course, everything in between.
We realise how important continuity of staff is, so we endeavour to preserve this throughout a booking where at all possible.
We are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure there is always someone there for you out of office hours, we take the telephone home with us.
We view the assessment of need as an ongoing process, and undertake to review your needs on a continual basis.
To ensure the people important to you are kept informed, we take instructions from you and your main advocate as to who would like to be involved in the regular review and assessment of your care plan.
All our carers are experienced in care work. According to your assessed needs, they are able to provide unsupervised assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
All our home documentation complies with the National Care Standards and is updated at every visit to ensure continuity between carers.
All our staff are conversant with the National Care Standards and, before being placed with clients, go through induction training at our own Training Suite. All our staff are regularly updated with training sessions, staff meetings and newsletters to keep them compliant with current best practice.
We send out regular updates to all our clients in the form of a newsletter. By means of quality assurance questionnaires and opinion cards, we also give all our clients a chance to have their say about our services.
We are smaller, independent provider of services and so can react to your needs and requirements very quickly.
